Mistwalkers
And so you see a creature, fur white as the snow that falls on its head. It looks as though it wishes to say something, though it dare not speak. It shook its proud head at you as it galloped away. There was only one thought in your mind as you watched it leave.
“I have witnessed a miracle.”
Origin:
No one knows where these beings come from, some say that the first Mistwalkers were the blessed horses of a God. Some say they're natural. Some say they're demons from the abyss. Some say they're ghosts.
It's not known, but the least cynical people believe they are made from some form of magic. They aren't fairies, they aren't anything but a simple horselike creature of legend. No one has spotted one since they've come to be, but the stories seem to keep on going. It is said that greedy men hunted them down and killed them all, although it is unsure if this true or false.

Stories:
Rumors are the only things heard of these beings, as no one has seen them and recorded it. They have only appeared to young girls it seems, as they prefer females. It seems they have a way to convince the little girl they are nothing but a dream.
