So this is a pretty simple thread. I think Mirrasil needs to open up to having more moderators, so there will be more active staff members on at most times. I think everyone on the staff team can agree the server grew faster than anyone expected it to. Currently there are 3 admins and 2(?) moderators, and 107 whitelisted members. That's about a 1:21 staff to player ratio, which isn't very good. Even if you look just at the amount of players on at one given time, that ratio is still around 1:6 which is better, but still understaffed in my mind. I know the server just started and trusting can be difficult, but perhaps trial runs, interviews, applications, etc. could make the process easier. I think building a functioning staff team that works well with themselves and with the player base early on in the server's life is essential to its success. More staff members means quicker whitelisting times, quicker lore item times, more event DMing, more simultaneous DMing, and better response time which will only strengthen the player base's trust in the staff team and their reliability to get the job done. I'm not saying more staff = better. I'm saying more staff means the jobs get done more efficiently, which allows more things to get done and the server development can match the pace of the player base growth. Just my two cents.
So TL;DR I think you guys should look into recruiting more moderators.
