A brief talk within the ruins was all it took for a band of critical elves to find the necessity for a great reunion, a meeting of the elven exiles,
to determine the path to take in surviving in this new land- It didn't take long before the handful decided to spread the word, and scout out
for a possible favorable location for such meeting- mayhaps an isolated forest clearing could do the trick. Anyhow, from rumors and whispers,
most elves of the ruins and the surrounding area would have been warned of such convention, told to spread the word to the other elven
refugees, of all kinds.

This is a semi-public event, as in all elves would have likely been told of it happening- it is possible others might have overheard, but preferably not.
The location has yet to be found, but it'd most likely simply be an elven-like secluded location. The goal of this event is to possibly convene and band
together as the remnants of elvendom, and organise and determine for the future, since the ruins are not a preferable, permanent environment.
I will update this thread with a set date and time soon, as soon as the word is out in a wider manner, and a proper locale has been selected.
