Basics:
Hydromanipulation is the use of water from a nearby source to create whatever comes to mind. From there one can take the water and turn it into a different state, whether ice to water, water to steam, etc etc.

This is a basic spell of taking water and shaping it into a ball. This would expand to being able to form different shapes. This was Ara's first spell learned 2-3 years ago.
