Aquakinesis / Cryokinesis
Magic Description
Aquakinesis is the Elemental ability to manipulate water and similar liquid sources. The caster can pull water molecules from nearby sources, such as clouds, fog, or nearby bodies of water. This allows the caster a creative ability to use the environment to their advantage in many situations.
Cryokinesis is the Elemental ability to manipulate ice. This allows the caster the ability to create snow from ice by freezing it, or creating beautiful crystals of ice; though may not always work as the environment may not allow it too.

Origin
The origin of this ability is unknown, though from generation to generation it seems that capability comes along much easier to those of immediate family. Other branches of similar Elementals can influence which powers become more dominant. Often times ceremonies would be held on the child's birth date both parents agreeing to which element they wish their child to be blessed with, though this does not always work. At about the age of 5, the child will begin manipulating whatever element they were gifted with. Multiple manipulations come at their prime age for whatever race they are. Everything doesn't just happen, they must practice daily and concentrate, visualize what they wish the nature around them to do; additionally using Mana, which often leads them to tiring out after strenuous activities. In Penelope's case, she also has the ability to freeze water, given she concentrates hard enough on her emotions of abandonment.

Name: Water Dance
Description: This ability allows the caster to take water in whatever form they wish, mostly like a funnel or as droplets, then using that to perform many movements through the air. Such examples would be; using a nearby stream to funnel water into a swirling ball within the caster's hand, raising droplets of water into the air to throw as water balls, or even funneling water towards a campfire to put it out from a safe distance. Larger amounts of water requires more mana and concentration to be used. This is the ability that five year olds begin to learn naturally, and are taught by an elder how to control this better.

Name: Molecular Repair
Description: The ability isn't as powerful as traditional medicine, but is great for burns and cleaning small cuts. The way this works is by the caster taking water from a cool area like a spring or valley, and wrapping the damaged area with the water. To do this, the caster will first use Water Dance to funnel the water out. Once the water has been positioned around the wound, depending on what wound it is, it will begin glowing a soft white as it purifies the area of germs. If there is a open wound, the water will flow into the cut and filter out any sand, dirt, and infection back into the water to cleanse it completely. Then the caster will have to throw that water out and form a new one to begin the healing process. This is rather time consuming, the healing with water is never instant, and always drains the caster of mana and their own energy. For larger wounds, more mana is required as well as the results will cause the caster to either need to meditate, nap, or they'll pass out for hours.
Mana: Because this spell requires another to be used, the cost takes up 4/8 per use.

Name: Greater Waves
Description: This ability allows the caster to manipulate larger sources of water, such as the ocean or large lake. They can lift the water away from the ground and suspend it in air for as long as they have enough mana for it, can relocate the water to a new area, and are even able to split the sea. This is a very advanced technique that has to be practiced for many months before fully mastering. Otherwise the caster will either pass out from exhaustion, or will only be able to lift a few inches off the ground.

Description: This ability rapidly slows the molecules within the water being casted upon until it becomes a solid piece of ice. At this point, the caster’s ability has furthered, allowing them to manipulate ice. This allows them to be able to move snow and solid icicles, though is much more straining than liquid.

Description: This ability is something Penelope created herself. Being a mischievous child, she had the bright idea of grabbing low moving clouds from the air and pulling them over a person's head. Then filling the cloud with more water so that it would rain above the person, or snow when comebined with Freezing.
